Please understand that when you forget, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Upon booking your appointment, we will require a credit card to be kept on file.
- Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will not be penalized.
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, and 'NO-SHOW" appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Guests canceling/no-showing appointments that have been scheduled within the 24 hour period—this will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as avoiding loss of income to our artists. Please note that these policies are in line with other business that offer similar services.
